Yes: Low testosterone levels can cause difficulty having an erection as well as lack of desire. Fortunately, there are a number of testosterone replacement therapies available to increase your testosterone level (unless increasing your testosterone level is contraindicated such as in prostate cancer).

Maybe: Erectile dysfunction (ed) can be caused by low testosterone as well as other reasons such as medication side effects & poor health, eg diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) & high cholesterol, as a premonition of future #heartdisease. Ed can also be due to substance use, eg tobacco, alcohol & illicit stuff.
