Possibly: Cuts on the foreskin of a diabetic may be the first sign of an infection. See your healthcare provider for evaluation.

Cuts on foreskin: If your diabetes is not controlled, it's possible for these cuts on your foreskin to get infected. Infection of penis, or balanitis, is fairly common in uncontrolled diabetes. Keep the area clean and keep your sugar under control. If you have pain or irritation associated with cuts, you may want to see a doctor. In the meantime, you can try topical antifungal like Clotrimazole +/- hydrocortisone.
