Are you diabetic?: Low back condotions could cause it or neuropathy. Need to be checked and if blood sugar is high then it's likely diabetic neuropthathy but rule out low back problems.

Stinging from BenGay: Ben gay has menthol as an ingredient and some people may be sensitive to it and feel stinging that eventually goes away. If the stinging persists or is elsewhere in your body, please consult an internal medicine doctor or rheumatologist.
