Needs to be seen: With such little information to go on there are just too many possibilities to even venture a good guess. Inside or outside if lip? Size? Shape? How raised off surface? Hard or soft? How long there? Etc? You can wait and see if it goes away in the next two weeks. If not it should be seen and diagnosed and possibly biopsied.
