What caused pain around the belly button? there is really nothing else going on just pain around the belly button.

Causes: Mild discomfort? If pain migrates to right lower quadrant of abdomen or becomes severe, this warrants surgical eval. If there is mass(the changes in size) close to the naval, this also warrants evaluation (but not urgent).
