No: We generally use Insulin in pregnancy because other medications are likely to cross the placenta. There isn't a lot of information about actoplus in pregnancy to comment otherwise. It is safe in breastfeeding. If you are on actoplus and get pregnant, don't stop until you talk to your doctor.
