Should i be concerned if my ebv titers are very high?

Depends: It depends on whether the titer is igg, which would mean you either have chronic infection or more likely you were just exposed to it in the past, or igm, which would mean you were recently exposed to it or possibly acute/ new infection. I need to know why it was ordered and whether you have any symptoms associated with the titier.
