Yes: Hard kicks can occur as the baby is growing larger and stronger. There is less room but strong kicks can still occur when almost full term.

Yes: Women vary in how much they feel their babies move. Or maybe I should say babies vary in how much they move. Some babies are gentle, others feel like they have soccer balls or skis in there with them. Activity is good. As always, if you are concerned that something is wrong, call your doctor. There are ways to check that your baby is healthy.
