Risk Avoidance: Risks of high industry: pollution (air and water), heavy traffic, noise pollution, electrical energy surplus. It is best to live away from these problems if at all possible.

Risk issues: The most important is the degree of pollution in the area. secondly what is the risk of body injury - are there lots of trucks, fork lifts etc... that are on the streets or driving around that could potentially be an issue. Thirdly what is the crime in the area like.
