How do i manage listeriosis while pregnant?

Avoid spoiled food: Once you get Listeria you can take antibiotics to try to prevent the baby from getting. People get Listeria from eating spoiled food and consuming unpasteurized dairy or cheese. Soft cheeses made in the US are usually made from pasteurized milk so they are ok.

Antibiotics: Listeriosis in pregnancy often results in the loss of the pregnancy. The treatment would be antibiotics.
