How many times per week should i track my weight in pregnancy?

Depends: Conditions such as preeclampsia may require daily weight checks, but usually no more than once a week. Talk to your doctor about a healthy diet and expected weight gain if you are concerned. Expect fluctuations due to increased water retention in pregnancy.

See doctor: You doctor will track your weight for you at each of your visits. There is not general recommendation that you need to track it beyond that.
