A member asked:

Took sunflower lecithin (1200mg) a few times in first 7 weeks of pregnancy before aware . is this harmful?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No harm likely: Dietary lecithin is fine but supplements are not studied by the FDA and thus are not recommended by most physicians. That said, I wouldn't think any harm was done by the small amount of supplement that you took.
