Bad Breath: Bad breath not always comes from your teeth. Many factors are involved. For example if you are losing weight, you may be exhaling ketone bodies through your mouth from the body's fat burning process. Infected sinuses and tonsils can be a factor. Normal growth of the oral bacteria during sleep gives us morning breath. See your dentist to make sure your gums and teeth are healthy.

Bad breath remedy: The first thing you need to do is have a comprehensive exam and xrays completed by your dentist. This is to rule out or treat decay and gum disease which is typically the source of bad breath. At that time your dentist/hygienist can make many recommendations on ways to treat bad breath.
