Sort of: The shape of your throat does affect your voice, and so some degree of slouching in the neck/upper back, etc may have a mild effect on normal speaking. Good posture does impact singing and voice in terms of good breath support and the like.

Voice: When you are hunched over, your lungs do not completely expand. You will have less air to push through your vocal cords, so your voice is affected. Stand up straight!
