What happens if you pop a cyst in your ear lobe? will it damage my ears permanently?

Depends: Depends on what kind of cyst it is. You risk infection and recurrence of the cyst. Serious damage would not be expected though. Before you pop it again, have your ENT take a look at it. Most cysts, if properly removed, won't' come back. They are also much easier to remove if they haven't been popped or infected in the past. :) best wishes!

Earlobe cyst: Not typically, but they do seem to recur.
