Hydradenitis: Hidradenitis suppurativa is a skin disease that commonly affects areas bearing apocrine sweat glands or sebaceous glands, such as the underarms, breasts, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. The ear lobe is not a likely location. You should have this seen by a doctor and if necessary referred to a dermatologist.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggested an epidermoid/sebaceous cyst that may be leaking. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
