My daughter is 38. The other morning she was sleeping and peed .She said she never had the urge to go. Now her lower back is hurting and swollen.

I see white floating string stuff mostly in my first morning pee. is this normal ? idk if its related but I have lower back pain when I sleep I wake up with the back pain but my backs fine thru the day. could it be mgen,ureA / cpps? also a itch feel?
