Non specific: Burping is a sign of life! gas buildup from ingestion of air, from certain food and stomach digestants, and over ingestion can all stimulate burping. In some cultures it is highly encouraged to signal to the host a fine meal! esophageal or gastric cancer patients, particularly if they have gastroesophageal reflux(gerd) may belch a lot but that is not specific to cancer.
