See GI Dr.: Since your symptoms are not improving and come back once the meds wear-off, you may have an underlying stomach or intestinal disorder (gerd or PUD or gastritis for examples) and should get a proper examnation form a GI dr. To adequately diagnose and treat you. Good luck.
