Ice pack & topical: Apply an ice pack to the rectal area for 10 to 15 minutes whilc lying down. A topical cream with cortisone may also help. If bleeding persists, is heavy, or the blood is clotted you should se a physician.

Ok: But local pressure, reduce hemorrhoids to anal canal, suppositories to reduce inflammation proper bowel habits etc may need surgery have a plan. Serious anemia can happen.
