A member asked:

Is there a way for me to check daily digestive status without going to the doctor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unclear : I am not sure what is meant by daily digestive status. If a well balanced diet is eaten, and weight is appropriate for height and a person does not have signficant pain or discomfort following eating or triggered by eating, and likewise no chronic diarrhea or constipation, i think it would be fair to say digestion is going well. If there are any concerns in these areas, see a doctor.
