Vague Symptoms, Yes: Stomach cancer may cause pain, bloating, nausea, heartburn, indigestion, or anemia, usually in people over age 60. This is similar to the symptoms of a stomach ulcer. If these symptoms do not get better with medication, a gastroenterologist will look into the stomach with a flexible camera and take a biopsy if needed.
