Get a professional: Opinion. From the question it sounds as if being overweight is a problem or your brother would most likely not call you fat. Are you overweight? Do you binge eat then try tolose weight by throwing up or using laxatives? The best course of action for the situation described is to seek a professional evaluation. Don't wait.
