Seek support: I am assuming your felt you drank too much in the past and it caused problems. Good for you for not wanting to go down that path again. Talking with someone qualified about a drinking problems is your best bet. Be that your doctor, a counselor or perhaps going to an aa meeting, bottom line is that you do not have to struggle alone.

Stop, AA: As they say in aa, one day at a time. Acknowledge this was a slip and get back on the wagon. Get support from aa or therapist.
