Are they goosebumps?: There is a dermatologic condition called keratosis pilaris that may have the appearance of goosebumps. This can be treated, so check with your physician to find out.

"goosebumps": Bumps that don't go away need to be evaluated by your doctor. They could be ingrown hairs or something else. Your doc will let you know or refer you to a dermatologist. Peace and good health.
