A hat: Wearing a hat (hiding your head from direct sun rays) is very important for preventing brain damage from sun stroke . Best wear a light color airy straw hat or if you prefer -a white turban!

Heat: Water. Take breaks in the shade. Cover skin or use a strong sunscreen to prevent burn. Where clothing that is loose. Take breaks if you are doing strenuous work. Be especially careful if you are taking any medication that put you at risk for heat injuries.
