Can you use marijuana to treat post kidney transplants with ongoing nausea?

Absolutely Not: Marijuana is not safe in post transplant patients as it may interact with many of the anti rejection medications and alter their levels. Consuming marijuana will also disqualify you from getting another transplant in the future if this one fails.

No: Marijuana is not good for people with any kind of transplant. There is no regulation and therefore there is a risk of impurities. Tis is especially troublesome with someone on immunosuppression. The thinng i worry most about with marijuana and transplant is fungal infections. When patients on immunosuppression contract pulmonary fungal infections theydon't do so well.
