How can i handle switching roles and now being a care giver for my parents?

Ask for help: It is difficult to give both love and care. Children are the best to give love. Some parts of care can be delegated to others. Personal care assistants are trained to give care.

Parents caregiving: It is important to remain cognizant of this change in roles and to adjust expectations of your parents. Share your thoughts & feelings with others who can understand & support you. Accept help when it is offered. Know when to ask for the help.
