What is appropriate behavior for support workers for the disabled?

Many behaviors.: Support workers for the disabled, rehabing, or elderly should at the very least be compassionate individuals who show respect for those in their care. They should be accessible by family members, and have good communication skills. Look for someone who is on time, respectful, careful with medications. Ask for references, and do background checks.

Disabled: I am unclear your real question: anyone supporting those who are disabled must be a qualified attendant, must demonstrate caring, respect, good hygiene and reliability and should have experience in the conditions related to the disablement
