As much as you like.: Many fathers attend prenatal visits. This may vary due to work schedules or other obligations. At a minimum consider attending one of the first few visits as well as the ultrasound and then again a month before the due date to review the roles in labor. It is also good to attend the prenatal education classes offered by most hospitals.

I am 23 years old. Due father's death got severe heart/health anxiety. My doc did 5ecg2chestxray, thyroid test & esrcbc all normal. sometimes I got rapid hb, sleepdisorder, lightheadedness and weakness, during playing/running didn't feel any thing?
