Probably not.: That location would be unusual. So would the description of sharp. But in medicine we are taught anything can happen. Pain on exertion and in the middle of the chest, now that would be of much more suggestive of a heart attack.

Probably not: That location would be unusual and also the descripion that the pain is sharp. Pressure in the center of the chest would be much more worrisome.
