See an ophthalmologi: Most likely this is dry eye syndrome but needs a detailed exam. Please see an ophthalmologist asap to rule something more serious.

So many things: True, dry eye is common, other conditions involve the brain such as migraine, inflammation and brain lesions, check with you md.
