Talk to your doctor: Commonly reported side effects include paresthesias, dizziness weight loss, anorexia, abnormal taste, mood distubance and difficulty thinking with increasing dosages, tremor, and insomnia. There are several serious reactions that include kidney stones, metabolic acidosis, hyperthermia and glaucoma. Some are dose dependant. You may briefly experience some of these or none. Talk to your doctor!

Topamax (topiramate): Topamax (topiramate) has several side effects. The most common side effect is numbness and tingling. Other side effects might include fatigue, taste change, weight loss, difficulty with concentration , difficult with memory, loss appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea ....
