Maybe sinus pain: The bones behind the eyebrows have hollow spaces (sinuses) that can become plugged up and become infected (sinusitis). Sinusitis can happen after colds, allergies, or sometimes without a preceding illness. Mild symptoms can be treated with over-the-counter medications, but bothersome pain, increasing symptoms, or prolonged symptoms need a doctor's evaluation.

Could be a sinus HA: This could be associated with a sinus infection or a severe cold. I would see your doctor to rule out other causes.
