Yes: Urr is a measure of how well your blood is getting cleaned. The faster the dialysate and blood flow, the faster dialysis happens and cleans your blood. It will definitely change your urr, but with a flow of 700 to 800 and 450 to 500, there might not be a dramatic difference.
