Probably not: It would be unusual to have a black eye( assuming like a bruise) only on one side from allergies. I would have that checked out with your primary care doctor or an ophthalmologist( eye specialist).

Not really: Should be on both sides if it was due to allergies. If it is a true black eye, allergies are very unlikely to be the cause.
