Good skin care: The condition is called eczema. The most important care is using a good skin moisturizer daily after bath. Other skin care steps include using less harsh soaps like dove sensitive skin soap, free and clear detergents. Using a humidifier in winter when you have the heat on. A quick shower in lukewarm water rather than a prolonged hot shower is better to preserve the skin oils.
