What to do with skin allergies? are they possible be treated with soaps?

Depends: Soaps are useful in some forms or skin allergy, harmful in others & play no role in still others. With contact dermatitis due to poison oak or ivy washing exposed skin with soap & water immediately after exposure may limit absorption of plant allergens. Soap removes oils from the skin worsening eczema. Soap has no effect on hives. Hope that explanation helps.

Possibly: If you have sensitive skin, it's always a good idea to use gentle products (scent-free, dye-free) on your skin. This would include cleansers (dove for sensitive skin or cetaphil), and "free and clear" detergents.
