No: The development of allergic antibodies requires a genetic predisposition, (likely present in about 1/3rd of the population) and an exposure to a trigger that exceeds a certain stimulation threshold. There is a theory that exposure to a "dirty" environment, such as growing up on a farm, might be protective against the development of allergic disorders. This is called the "hygiene hypothesis".
