Possible allergy: Showers are a common place for mold growth, spend some time cleaning the bath with anti-mold bathroom cleansers and don't forget the shower curtain. If your symptoms persist, it is probably not mold allergy.

Allergy: See an allergist for testing. Usually sneezing after showering might simply be due to the steam and humidity and not necessarily an allergy.
