It's tough: You could first try regular attendance to narcotics anonymous meetings, 90 meetings in 90 days. In fact, there is not one single thing you can do which could be more beneficial. Then, try slowly tapering down off the percocet, less and less, little by little, each day until you have completely weaned yourself off. Then tell everyone you have quit, erase all numbers from your phone/get a new one.
