Get help: Do things to take your mind off alcohol. Drink at least 5 cups of water a day. Tell your family and friends that you are worried about a relapse, so they can support you & so they don't try to give you alcohol either. Maybe keep a journal where you write a good bye letter to your dog to let out some of your grief. It's ok to grieve when someone you love dies.
