Self confidence: Comparing your body to what u see in magazines is most probably due to the reason that u r not comfortable with the way u look. This is a sign of low self esteem, lack of confidence in yourself and not accepting yourself, the way u r. You need to develop self worth, self respect and feeling confident about yourself. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful in improving your self esteem.
