Bone = Graft: When we talk about a transplant, the material that is transplanted is the graft. In your case, the bone is the graft. The type of transplant is a bone transplant. The other question is whether bone is being moved from somewhere else in your own body (an auto transplant), or from a deceased donor's body (an allo transplant).

Autogenous bone graf: Bone transplant is an autogenous bone graft, where bone from the patient was removed from the donor site and insert into the grafting site (recipient site). Bone grafting applied to situation when a bone graft material was used, i.e. From patient (autogenous), from other human (allograft), from animal(xenograft), or synthetically made. Bone transplant is bone graft but not vice versa.
