No: I am not aware of any study of Naltrexone in psoriasis. In very low doses it has been used in multiple sclerosis.

Not that i know of: The jury is out - there is a website saying it can treat everything from psoriasis to aids to chronic fatigue syndrome. I have not been able to track down any real medical studies on this. There are a number of case reports, but after 45 years in medicine i can tell you that the vast majority of favorable case reports end up meaning nothing. Sometimes even causing harm. Talk 2 your dermatologist.
