Can i stop dts if i drink less?

No.: Dts are a sign of alcoholic burnout of certain types of receptors within the brain. Stopping alcohol completely is the only thing that can allow them to regenerate, slowly.

No, because you cant: People who are drinking so much that they are concerned that they are at risk for serious alcohol withdrawal are rarely, if ever, able to cut down to safe drinking limits. I have treated thousands of alcoholics, and almost all of them tried to cut down, none of them successfully. Untreated alcohol withdrawal is dangerous, causes seizures as well as very high blood pressure.Get help from md or aa.
