Ill 15-18mo: Look for changes in mental status, eating, sleeping, pain. If high fevers > 102 occur x 1-2 d, see pedi MD, emesis, bloody diarrhea or coughing / wheezing, shortness of breath, severe uncomfortable rash, or stiff neck.
