Depends: If the discharge is bloody, you should have your breast checked. If it's milky or greenish/brownish it may well be related to your changing hormones with pregnancy. Do a breast self exam or have your breasts checked by your doctor. Though unusual, it is still possible to have a breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy.
