Exam: Any new lumps, bumps, skin changes in the breast should be evaluated by your doctor. You may be seeing breast milk. If you have had a baby before this can be normal. In other cases it can be a sign of an elevated Prolactin hormonal level. Schedule a visit for an evaluation
