I'm 8week pregnant but today i noticed just little watery discharge or almost feeling dry is it normal just having backache breast tenderness is gone?

Sounds normal: It is common to have changes in the vagina. Generally if no itch or odor it's unlikely to be a vaginal infection. Breast tenderness and back pain and even a little cramping can come and go and is normal. Vaginal bleeding can signal a problem sometimes.
